Go upstairs and right out side of elevator the carpet is riped and very dirty. Go into the business office and you will see a staff member's baby being taken care of while that person is working. Observed staff members on cell phone while taking care of residents. What's there protocal for this while working. Paper work not done in a timely manor. Kitchen staff complain if residents want a second cup of coffee.
